Where can I purchase Live at the garden tickets?
Our tickets can only be purchased through Ticketmaster or by visiting the Live at the Garden box office Monday-Friday 9-4.
The box office is located at the Memphis Botanic Garden 750 Cherry Road, Memphis, TN 38117. For more information please call our box office manager at 901-636-4107.
Note: Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticketing company for Live at the Garden. Tickets purchased from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (Craigslist, Ebay, Scalpers, Stub Hub or other resale websites) may be counterfeit or invalid. Live at the Garden is not required to honor any tickets purchased through unauthorized parties.
No Firearms, Weapons, Citronella Candles,ﾠSmoking, Professional Recording Devices, Thrown Objects,ﾠLarge Umbrellas, Grills, Drones, Laser Pointers, Pets, Illegal Drugs or Paraphernalia, Fireworks or Pyrotechnics, Musical Instruments, Card Tables, or Solicitation of Any Kind!ﾠ All coolers, bags and purses are subject to search.
Tables within reason are allowed. Tables shall not be larger than 3 ft wide x 3 ft tall. Toppers for cooler or wagon size will be allowed if under 3 ft. wide x 3 ft. tall. No card tables will be allowed.
Why no large umbrellas?
Due to safety and security issues, It is our standard policy to only allow small hand held umbrellas into The Live Garden venue.
Where are the restrooms located?
Restrooms for lawn patrons are located in 2 places – the area near the Food Court and also on the east side of the venue by the lake.
What is Memphis Botanic Garden doing about mosquitoes in the area?
All water gardens, lakes, pools, etc. are stocked with fish to eat the mosquito larvae. All fountains or other water sources without fish are treated with chlorine or are constantly moving out an overflow to prevent mosquito larvae from hatching.
Can I purchase food at the concerts?
Of course! Several vendors will be on-site to tempt you with tantalizing Garden treats. We also feature Buster's Botanical Bar where thirsty concert-goers can purchase a great selection of refreshing beverages. You can also pre-order food from one of our preferred caterers and pick your food up at the Kroger Food Court, located right inside the gates.
What if I for some reason I cannot use all of my tickets for a certain show?
Tickets are non-refundable. But, if you will not be using your tickets and would like to put them to an even better use, please inform us! We will donate unused or returned tickets to our charitable partners, The Ronald McDonald House and the Stax Music Academy.
When does Live at the Garden begin?
All shows start at 8:00 p.m., unless otherwise stated on the ticket face. Gates open at 6:00 p.m. ALL TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
What is the admission cost?
TruGreen Lawn tickets start at $40 each plus fees. Gossett Motor Cars Pit tickets are $75 each plus fees. The Pit is standing room only, right in front of the stage.
What happens if it rains?
All performances take place, RAIN or SHINE. There are NO REFUNDS, exchanges, or rain checks due to rain or inclement weather.

What if I just want tickets to one show?
For individual show tickets, log onto www.ticketmaster.com.
Can you see the stage from the lawn?
All lawn seating is general admission and located behind the table seating sections. Although we do not guarantee visibility of the stage from the lawn area, we do have four big screens. All concerts are broadcast to the lawn via a state-of-the-art video and sound system.
Can you smoke at Live at the Garden?
Live at the Garden is a no smoking venue. A smoking area is located on the east side of the venue by the lake.
What is the difference in general admission lawn tickets and pit tickets?
For general admission lawn tickets, you must provide your own chair or blanket. Pit Tickets are standing room only.
Can I upgrade my lawn ticket for reserved seating?
Yes. Patrons may upgrade their lawn admission ticket to reserved seating (subject to availability) at any concert by paying the difference between the lawn admission and the cost of the reserved-seat ticket. Upgrades may only be made in person at the box office, on the evening of the performance.
I know I can bring my own picnic to the park. What CAN'T I bring?

Are children allowed at Live at the Garden?
Of course! Families are always welcome. All we ask is that you supervise your children so that everyone can enjoy the performances. As a courtesy to others, if your child becomes fussy, we ask that you be prepared to remove them from the concert area. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 18. Every concert patron requires a ticket.
Does my 9-month old need a ticket?
Due to fire codes everyone, including children of all ages, needs a ticket - NO EXCEPTIONS!
Can I bring my camera?
No audio or visual recording devices (including video) are allowed. However, you may take photos before or after concert performances. No photos are allowed during the performances.
What about patrons with disabilities?
Parking for patrons with a valid handicap license plate or other authorized identification is available. Facilities are wheelchair-accessible.
Do I have to pay to park?
Free parking is offered in the lot located at Southern and Perkins. Click here for directions and parking information.
